Senior Operations Engineer

Assist in managing the contracts and overseeing operation of the Mid-Ct and Southeast Projects. Includes the oversight and contract management of one or more of CRRA’s waste-to-energy facilities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; business negotiations, budget development, plant modifications, and regulatory compliance monitoring for the above projects. Help manage Mid-Connecticut Project electrical power sales agreements.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, solid math skills, professionalism, very good organizational, and communication skills. 8-10 years experience in the operation of a solid waste management program or facility.
