VP of Business Development - Our client is a well-established (8-figure sales) provider of specialty graphics printing, based out of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. They have worked hard to build a truly service-oriented company and have earned an excellent reputation through their most valuable asset--satisfied customers. In fact, they maintain and service over 6,000 customers throughout the United States, South America and Canada.
One of their primary divisions provides vehicle graphics for the waste/sanitation industry, and they have created a new position to expand and manage business development activities and increased sales for the organization--both short and long-range--targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Meet company goals by using skilled tactical and strategic selling techniques.
2. Maintain the existing customer base and find ways to increase sales to these customers.
3. Expand the existing customer base by developing and implementing strategic sales plans and forecasts to identify new customers and close deals with them for the company
4. Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
5. Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products.
6. Prepare periodic sales pipeline reports showing sales volume and potential sales.
7. Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
8. Assist with responses to requests for proposals, prepare pricing, and create sales presentations.

This job will offer a nationally competitive salary, commission, benefits, and relocation to South Florida.

Qualifications:
We are searching for a highly motivated person to lead this acceleration. The Vice President of Business Development, Sanitation Division, will need to have a solid track record of significant sales.

We are seeking:

Candidates with an established and successful track record of developing and maintaining major account business in the Sanitation or Waste industry.
Knowledge/Experience in the Printing industry would be preferred.
10 years of overall sales experience with at least 5 years in a leadership position, preferred.
Track record of success in forming partnerships and driving sales. Strong business acumen skills are required.
Must have demonstrated ability to gets things done and have outstanding influencing skills.
The experience and capabilities to handle strategic and tactical sales initiatives.
Substantial, pertinent rolodex desirable.
Proven ability to lead by example.
